What is it?
Cengage is an educational technology company that offers digital learning resources, textbooks, and course materials. Through Cengage’s platform, instructors can integrate various learning resources directly into Canvas, a popular Learning Management System (LMS). This integration allows instructors to assign Cengage materials, track student performance, and provide additional resources for their courses seamlessly within Canvas. With features like grade synchronization, automatic grading, and access to a wide array of content across disciplines, Cengage supports efficient course management and personalized learning experiences for students.

Anyone with a Montana Tech Account.
This article is primarily for instructors using Cengage as a tool in their courses
Platform-Specific Training
Step 1: Navigate to Cengage's Training site
Step 2: If not selected, select Instructor from the drop down menu at the top of the screen
Step 3: Next select the platform you are using for your course
Step 4: After selecting a platform, on the left hand side, select the LMS you are using (For most instructors, you will be choosing Canvas)
Step 5: Choose from the selection of available resources
Note: You can share Video Tutorials though a share link, or you can embed them
