Accessing Knowledge Base
If you are already signed in to MyMtech:
Step 1:
Click on the Tech support section in the middle of the page

Step 2:
Click the copper colored button that says "Knowledge Base (Find Answers)"

If you are not signed in:
Step 1:
Go to Montana Tech's home page (mtech.edu), scroll down to the bottom of the page, and on the right hand side click "Tech Support"

Step 2:
Click the copper colored button that says "Knowledge Base (Find Answers)"

Leaving Feedback
Feedback is always helpful for us, and makes our articles better.
At the bottom of any article, there is a "Was this Helpful?" button. Click that button that applies to you and give a short description. If something was not helpful, the IT helpdesk will be in contact with you to try and help.

Cant Find What Your Looking For?
If you can't find what you're looking for, the IT helpdesk will make sure your request gets handled by the correct people. To let them know of your problem/inquiry, submit a general service request. You can either follow the steps below, or click this link to submit a general service request: General Service Request (make sure you're signed in)
Step 1:
Navigate to the TeamDynamix ticket system here: Service Catalog
Step 2:
Under services, select General Service Request

Step 3:
Click on "Request general service"
