Check Adapter Settings
One thing to check if wireless is not working is to make sure your adapter settings are the default settings.
Step 1:
Right click on the wireless icon (this will be a monitor icon if you are connected through a cable): Refer to global Figures 1
Step 2:
Then click on "Open Network & Internet Settings": Refer to global Figures 2
Step 3:
Click on "Advanced Network Settings":

Step 4:
Click on "More Adapter Network Options":

Step 5:
Right click on "Wi-Fi":

Step 6:
Then click "Properties" in the pop-up window:

Step 7:
Scroll till you find Internet protocol version 4:

Step 8: Make sure it is set to obtain an IP address automatically as this will eliminate confusion when troubleshooting:

Reset Network
If the Wi-Fi network is allowing you to sign in but you can't get any Internet, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Right click on the wireless icon (this will be a monitor icon if you are connected through a cable): Refer to Global Figures 1
Step 2:
Then click on "Open Network & Internet Settings":Refer to Global Figures 2
Step 3:
Click on "Advanced Network Settings":

Step 4:
Under the "Advanced network settings" section, click the "Network reset" option:

Step 5:
Select "Reset now":

Select "Yes" if prompted.
Step 6: Try signing back into EduRoam with your credentials. Remember, you must use your full mtech email when signing into EduRoam.

Clearing Network Credentials
Sometimes old credentials can be saved for a network not allowing you to properly log out. This will show you how to clear those credentials.
Step 1:
First you should make your way to the control panel. This can be found by simply searching for "Control Panel" in Windows' search bar. Once here click 'User accounts'.

Step 2:
Click on "Credential Manager"

Step 3:
All saved web credentials will be displayed. By selecting any of the displayed results you can remove them from your computer. This will allow you to remove any network credentials that were giving you issues.
