How to Set Up a Meeting in Teams
There are many ways to make a meeting or join a meeting. This section goes through the most common ways to make a meeting.

If you go into your calendar, 3 sections pop up in the top right. "Join with an ID", "meet now", and "New meeting". We will go through each section.
Join with an ID
If you were invited to a meeting, you will have received a meeting ID and possibly a password to go with it. If this is the case, you will want to join it by pressing the "join with an ID" button, and then inputting your ID and password.

Meet now
If you didn't schedule a meeting, but want to meet now, click the "Meet now" button. This will give two options, which is get a link to share, or you can just immediately start a meeting. If you get a link, it will automatically copy the link to your clipboard, and you can share that link to the participants you want. Or, you can click "start meeting".

When you press "start meeting", it will immediately open a meeting with just you as a participant. From there, it will give you some options before you join the meeting and then it will give you the option to share a link to join the meeting, or to just directly invite participants directly.

New Meeting
Lastly, you can click on the "new meeting" button. This brings up a page to put in all the details for a new meeting, title, participants, etc and the schedule it for a certain day and time.
